Subject: Where to buy tours in France?

Question: Hi, I live in Mexico, I'm getting married in November, and I already bought my air tickets. We are going to visit cities like Paris, Rome, Innsbruck, Venecia, Madrid and some others. The question is the following: What is the most convenient way to travel, to buy the tours here in Mexico or buy them in the cities we will visit, I don't want to spend to much money and I want to know if buying the tickets for the tours in Mexico is cheaper than buying in the cities I'm visiting.

Answer: I would think that the cheapest place for you to buy your city tours is in the cities you would like to visit. I am sure that you can buy tours in Mexico but my guess is that it would be more expensive, agent fees and all. Another route would to buy travel books. That way you could see things on your own and would not be locked into seeing something just because it is part of a tour. Your last option would to buy on the Internet, one of my sponsors Viator, sells European city tours.
