Chez Peshi in Burgundy: A Chez Peshi vacation holiday in Burgundy's wine country is an opportunity to experience the real France and enjoy one of the most captivating regions of Europe. Chez Peshi is a fully-furnished private home in Saisy, a farm village minutes west of the charming, medieval market-town of Nolay. It is at the center of a vast area considered among the most beautiful in France - a region of stunning scenery, unbounded outdoor opportunities, three thousand years of fascinating history, castles and châteaux, Roman antiquities, cathedrals and monasteries, quiet winding canals, palate-pleasing gastronomy and, of course, the world's finest wines.
There is something for everyone and all within minutes of your cottage with five rooms and large, park-like garden. Two bedrooms comfortably accommodate four guests; a sofa bed offers room for two additional guests. All amenities are provided. Located in the beautiful Cotes d'Armor region of Brittany, France, 30 minutes from the Roscoff ferry arriving from England, 25 minutes from Gare Morlaix, arriving from Paris, and directly along the GR34 national coastal walking and bicycle routes.
This cozy four bedroom 'Tables d'hotes' is a Breton stone home located directly across from the sea, bordered by a river and forest. Its country garden, butterflies and birds beckon you to stay awhile, breathe deeply, and step away from everyday life. Whether you stay one night, or many, experience France's well kept secret paradise…the beautiful Granite Rose Coast, while creating memories to last a lifetime!

Cote d'Azur Antibes: This beautiful apartment built in 1880 is 32 square meters or 344 sq.ft. and has been renovated with a full size bathroom, it is located in the old town district of Antibes. The apartment includes bedroom and living room with a sofa bed (sleep 3-4 people), air conditioning, cable TV, video, kitchen, large bathroom and three large closets, also the kitchen has double burner stove top, sink, under counter fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, along with a washer/dryer.
The location is on the main street Rue de la Republique and Avenue du 24 Aout, within walking distance to stores, restaurants, beach, supermarket, antiques shops, restaurants, fine bakery, post office and main square. The 'Provençal Market' is just 3 minutes away and you can buy organic fresh fruit, farm products or eat a piece of the best French cheese produced locally with the best wines of the 'Provence of France'. Other attractions: Picasso museum, Antibes theater, cinema, Cathedral, Juan les Pins, and beautiful beaches.
The nearest airport is in Nice 15 kilometers away (a bus from the Nice airport to Antibes cost only 8 euros), the train station is only 1 kilometer, and the nearest cities you also will enjoy visiting are Cannes, Nice, Montecarlo, Monaco and Biot, are less than an hour distance by b us from the apartment.

Domaine la Fontaine: B&B and cottages in the beautiful Charente-Maritime. Domaine la Fontaine is situated at the edge of the small village of Soubran in Southwest France. Domaine la Fontaineis in a peaceful area, with an impressive view over a large valley, where one can enjoy the things that make life worthwhile.
Five fully renovated rooms, each with individual bathroom (1 with bath), tasteful furnishings, in a charming 19th century Charentaise House. Cosy salon (TV, fireplace, piano etc.) for common use. Four comfortable and cosy gîtes (cottages).
For all guests there is a large garden, a heated swimming pool, parking and free WiFi.
A few times a week we offer dinner and you are more than welcome to join us. Dinner is of course accompanied by a good glass of wine. Domaine la Fontaine is in the Charente-Maritime department, a beautiful region with a wide range of activities (Atlantic coast, Bordeaux, famous wineries, nature, village markets, golf courses, etc).

La Maison du Curé: Self catering gîte in the popular village of Cormatin in Southern Burgundy. Built in 1823, it use to be the home of the village priest.
This cosy holiday cottage is available all year. It has 3 bedrooms sleeping 5/6 people. The sitting room overlooks the enclosed garden with its sunny eating area. We have table tennis and bicycles. Guests have the use of free WiFi and free telephone calls to the US.
Cormatin is renowned for its Louis XIII chateau with original decoration and fabulous gardens. The village caters well to its visitors with a good choice of restaurants and é. We are in the region of fine dining and excellent wines from the surrounding Mâconnais, Chalonnais and Beaujolais vineyards.
Cormatin is ideally situated for visits to the ecumenical centre of Taizé. Nearby Cluny is noted for its Abbey and its horse shows which are held most weekends.

Chalet Bibendum: A unique holiday home for winter ski & summer holidays in Chamonix. Open year round.
Ideally located in the tranquil, picturesque Savoyard hamlet of Les Bois, a 5 minute drive from the center of Chamonix and a short walk to La Flégère lift. La Flégère is well known for skiing and snowboarding in winter or hiking, mountain biking or golf in summer.

Guests have easy access to the other areas and unlimited off-piste skiing within a 10 km radius, including the Grands Montets and the world-famous Vallée Blanche. Cross-country skiers will be in heaven as the ski de fond tracks pass by the chalet. You can start all your walks from the chalet, just walk out the door onto the hiking trail and of course for your kids; Paradis des Praz - a natural playground and beach in the nearby forest.

Hameau BASSINAUD: Relax in the Charente countryside in a family-friendly ambience. Charentaise stone cottages and rooms for rent in our tiny hamlet just outside Juignac. Old world charm with new, modern comforts - swimming pool, wi-fi, kitchenettes, etc. Two cottage apartments (each sleeps 3-4), or 3 B&B-style single/double rooms in our 'main house.' Patios offer quiet views of the countryside. French-American hospitality, with informal French conversation classes by request.
Enjoy leisurely walks and bike rides, rolling hills and sunflowers. A few minutes by car, shop or stroll in nearbv Montmoreau-St.-Cybard, Chalais, Villebois-Lavalette, or (our favorite) beautiful Aubeterre sur Dronne, the home of a 12th c. subterranean monolith church. We,re 25 minutes south of Angoulême by car. (Get to Angoulême from Paris by TGV in 3 hours.) Bordeaux airport is a 75- minute drive. Driving directions on request.

In the heart of Provence and the ochre that gives its name to the village of Roussillon, Artemis en Provence is an environmentally-friendly solar house with two self-catering rental units designed to also welcome visitors with physical and visual handicaps. The two apartments of 40m2 are entirely equipped.
Dine or have drinks on your shaded terrace. Contemplate the stars. tinkle the ivories, jump on the trampoline. Guidebooks and maps suggest sites and trails. Four bikes are available for guests' use. The enclosed swimming pool measures 12 by 5 meters. There is a floatation device for physically challenged guests. You may arrange for guide service as well as for meals to be delivered.
Apt with its Saturday market and Lacoste, where Pierre Cardin has succeeded the Marquis de Sade, are fifteen minutes away, Avignon and La Roque d'Anthéron within an hour, Aix-en-Provence, Arles, and Marseille an hour and a half, making Artemis en Provence convenient for the summer festivals and for seasoned cyclists to ascend the Mt. Ventoux (1909 m.) Golf, horseback riding, acro-branch, observatory, and hot-air balloon ascension, pottery, and painting nearby. Gay friendly. Open year ‘round.
Pick fresh mint, basil, rosemary and chives from the fledgling vegetable patch, watered from the rain cistern and fed by the compost bin to which all visitors contribute. Artemis en Provence is a bird refuge (LPO - Birdlife International). Your pet is welcome, although the property is not fenced.

My husband and I travel often to all regions of France, but our home base is in the city of Philadelphia.
Northern Liberties is the neighborhood, full of cafes and art galleries. Similar to the Canal St. Martin area of Paris.
Located one and a half hours by bus/train from NYC and Baltimore. Two hours to DC.
We have a private guest room with a queen sized bed and a private bath.
Free Wi-Fi, must like cats.
Hubby speaks Intermediate French, I understand a lot but speak badly!
Provence decor, friendly atmosphere!
