Best Plus: Yachting is a good work oppurtinity for non-declared and non-EU members to find work, IF they are quailified.

Biggest Drawback: CROWDS, CROWDS, I would rather drive in New York commuter traffic. Also not my lifestyle, prefer the more laid back of the Brittany and worldly scene of Paris.
