This is Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor aka love lock bridge in Paris. This footbridge built between 1997 and 1999 over the Seine is now famous for the padlocks lovers leave on its railings. The original bridge at this location was built in 1861 and inaugurated by Napoleon III. That bridge was torn-down in 1961 and replaced by another bridge that was then demolished in 1992.
Passerelle Léopold-Sédar-Senghor was previously called passerelle Solférino/pont de Solférino but was renamed after Senegalese poet Léopold Sédar Senghor in 2006. Easiest metro access is via Assemblée Nationale stop.
