One rainy Friday evening we walked across the Champs Elysées in Paris. In spite of the rain and very crowded busy traffic, Jim could not resist stopping in the middle of it all, to take this hand-held time exposure of the traffic, the night-time lights, and the Arc de Triomphe. Emmy thought there was no way he would survive.
