One of the problems when you live in a foreign country can be getting the support you need in a language you can understand. Lucky there are a number support groups and organizations in France that cater to English speakers.

Lastly there is sos help is a crisis hot line in English offering someone to talk.

Each of these organizations in their own way is there to help English speakers in France.
