American Military CemeteriesEpinal Military Cemetery
This cemetery is located in a wooded plateau in the Vogues Mountains a few miles from the city of Epinal. It holds the remains of 5,255 American military dead including 424 who rest in unknown graves. The cemetery has a rectangular shaped memorial consisting of a chapel and small museum.
