I am an American planning to move to Nice this September for a four to seven month business project. How much are decent studio or one bedroom apartments in Nice? Are there any good Web sites or services (that do not charge too much in commission) that I could use to locate apartment vacancies before I arrive?
About how much is general cost of living in Nice? |

Hello, My name is Grace Mc Nally. I am an irish student living and working in Paris. I used a company called Welldone, after that i got ajob with them. They will sort out all your details, which can be quite difficult with the language barrier? also the bigger the city, the harder it is and landlords can be quite rude when you ring them i can promise you that. With Welldone you can either subscribe for 1 month and avail of four services which is what i did because i wanted a job, accomodation and my car details sorted out, it cost 100 euro, the other option is to get a quote for what it cost them to do the work. i got 5 flats who are from the beginning of September rented out on long term rentals. I got 2 studio,s and the 3 two room flats avaiable between a montly rent between 500 / 1.100 montly rentals. one month deposit required, but no exstra agency fees. I am computer consultant. My apartement will be available for rent, 40m2 + terrasse apartement, 4th floor, 2 rooms (one incl. kitchen), wc + shower, large terrasse, in centre Nice (1.5 km from Place Macena and beach). Price for monthly rent is about 400 Euros/month, furnished, no extra fee. Location is not beachers-oriented but close to the sea, all commerce at non-tourist price around. |
