We are looking to swap our charming apartment in Paris, (19° district, near les Buttes Chaumont Park) for yours in New York (Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn) from November 2004 until April 2005 (flexible dates).
Our 600 sqf apt is located in front of one of the most beautiful park in Paris, les Buttes Chaumont. Close to subway stations, 15 minutes from les Halles, 20 minutes from Bastille, and St Michel. All the food shops and nice cafés are available in the neighborhood. The building is modern, safe, and very quiet. The apartment is very clear and sunny with open view in all the rooms. The apartment is fully furnished, with an Asian style. Wireless DSL available, TV+VCR/DVD, Washer/dryer, fully-equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a very comfy queen-sized bed, and a sofa bed in the large living room. Appropriate for one or two people. Cats and dogs ok.
