| Message: | Currently my fiancé is in France and I am in the States and we are planning on getting married in 2 years when he finishes school, but I would like to join him in France before then. I would like to know if we get "PACSé" shortly after my arrival if I will be able to work and obtain legal papers to stay in France. Any information you have is helpful. Thanks. |

Unfortunately PACS are only recognized for French citizens. You would have to Married with your French fiance if you want to legally work in France. |
