Azé FranceCave Coopérative Vinicole d'Azé

The co-op winery in Azé (aka Cave d'Azé) offers a good selection of local wines.

Started in 1927, this winery gets grapes from over 120 local producers. Each is responsible for their own grape harvest that is brought to the winery to be made into wine.

All local wine varieties can be found at the Cave d'Azé. These include:

  • Red: Mâcon Azé and Bourgogne Rouge
  • White: Mâcon Azé, Mâcon Village, Bourgogne Blanc and Bourgogne Aligoté
  • Rosé: Mâcon Rosé
  • Sparkling wine (Crémant): Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir and Rosé
