Events in FranceLa Nuit des Musées (Night of Museums)

For 2014 La Nuit des Musées is on May 17th.

This yearly event takes place on a Saturday night and often includes free admission in participating museums.
Dates vary from year to year but are on a Saturday closest to May 18th – International Museum Day.
Not all museums take part so ask at any local tourist office or at the museums so as not to be disappointed. This event is known as Nuit Blanche in Paris.
