Esprit Seminars, is founded by Deborah D'Alessandro, an American who has launched creative entrepreneurial and career workshops for women.

The workshops were created to meet the needs of women who are searching for a more meaningful career that reflects who they really are.

Differing from conventional career workshops, projects are designed to reflect the individual's natural abilities and passions. Guided by a facilitator, women help one another grow their projects through a series of interactive assignments. Creativity, collaboration and prosperity are main themes during the one week seminar.

The workshop is most beneficial for those who are ready to take a step towards turning their creative ideas into an income.
