BluesKOOL
October 4/5 in Plaisance du Gers (32)
BluesKOOL is a first-time festival of American Blues and Roots music October 4/5 in Plaisance du Gers (32). Featuring three of Dublins top performers in Roots/Blues/Country styles, plus Chicagoan Tbone Kelly, who lives in Plaisance after nearly 20 years on the Irish blues scene. It is his auto-entrepeneur project Druidbone Productions organising the event along with the local Guitares et chansons Association, and will feature a blues and roots learning seminar as well as a free concert by the lake (with wines of St. Mont!), and a Blues Show and BBQ (authentique Americaine!), by reservation, in the newly renovated Cinema Plaisance.
