Here is a list, by no means complete of bilingual schools in France. If you know of a school not on this list please contact me.

Anglophone Music School of Paris: Recently established by a group of American musicians, the Anglophone Music School provides a unique service to English speakers residing outside of their country.
Marymount International School of Paris: A private Catholic international school offering an American based curriculum to students aged from 4 to 14.
PSAB: Curriculum developed by the French Education Nationale to make it possible for English-speaking pupils to integrate into France and the French school system, while maintaining their Anglophone capacity for a possible return to their country of origin.
Sections Internationales de Sèvres: Offers a bilingual education (french-english or french-german) in an international environment.
Ecole Privée Bilingue Internationale: School is run in the setting of a 17th century château.
Collège/Lycée International Honoré de Balzac: The Lycée Honoré de Balzac is a large modern state school, situated in spacious grounds in the north-west of Paris.
International Bilingual School of Provence: An independent, co-educational bilingual school located near Aix-en-Provence. IBS offers a bilingual English / French curriculum to students from all over the world. Day and boarding students welcome. Also offers Summer Programs such as the French Immersion Program.
Bilingual International School: International school in Cagnes Sur Mer.
The American School of Paris: Oldest American school in Europe.
Bordeaux International School: Bordeaux International School was established in 1988 by the non-profit making Association Linguistique et Culturelle Internationale. It provides full-time primary and secondary education from the age of 3 to 19.
British School of Paris: Offers a programme based on the English National Curriculum. Within this general framework, and with English as the language of teaching, pupils in years 7 to 9 follow a broad curriculum which includes French and either Spanish or German.
Cité Scolaire Internationale de Lyon: Opened in 1992, the Cité Scolaire Internationale welcomes today 1600 pupils from the ages of 6 to 20, who represent 40 different nationalities.
