| Message | wish to change my 20 m2 studio in Paris for a room in a apartment or a similar studio in Manhattan 1st choice, Brooklyn or New-jersey 2d choice, close to a tube and calm if possible for 3 months OR MORE at least starting end September 2004. i m living in rue Oberkampf in Paris, fun end trendy area close to 1 min from tube 2 and bus 96. 5 min from tube 3. 1 bedroom with 1 bed new for 1 person and 1 removable massage table. mini kitchen gas or electric cooker, long-conservation fridge, electric eater, bathroom with toilet and shower inner common courtyard with possibility to park a car or a scooter safe area. many bars, restaurant & clubs in the hood. window watch inner- courtyard no noise at night. private sauna and swimming-pool next courtyard. super-market 2 min walk. close mini-shop open until 1pm. no TV but if u need u can buy 1. door-code and beeper for the courtyard. code and keys for the apartment on the first floor no elevator |

Sorry if I misunderstood your post, I thought you were suggesting a swap for the full two months of June and July. Congratulations on your marriage and best of luck finding an apartment. We have have an apartment in the east of Paris "Mairie Des Lilas" 15mn to midtown Paris, the train is 5mn from the house .very nice neigberhood , where you can find everything you need . The apartment is located on the 18th floor , one bedroom , large living room (TV,DVD,STEREO,VCR,COMPUTER,Internet access), large kitchen(Microwave,electric stove,washing machine..) ,bathroom , and balcony with nice view of Paris. | Message | Hi We are planning to move to Paris for 6 months and may be interested in swapping apartments for June and July. We are located in the Grammercy Park area of Manhattan. We are 3 blocks from the Union Square subway station, which is great! Many trains, 4,5,6,N,R,Q and L. The apartment is a small one bedroom on the 1st floor (one flight up).
