| Message: | We will be moving to France next spring / summer and my son will be three years old and has Down Syndrome. I am having difficulty finding information on the services available to children with disabilities. Can anyone assist me with information, their experience, etc. |

How interesting! I found your inquiry on the internet. We just gave birth to a darling son with Down syndrome and may be living in France in Spring/summer of 2007 as well. Might you-all be involved with the CERN project too? I am just starting to research services and am wondering if Americans would even be eligible for services if they have them?
