American living in Lyon who can't seem to sell furiture. Even giving it to the poor takes to long, will accept anyone's ideas. Must leave country and don't know what I can do with it. Have tried paruvendu, crous, crij, depĂ´ts des ventes, anglophone sites, poor organizations! please help!!! at a loss here for what to do with it. Thanks!

Everything is in perfect condition!!! That's why its even more sad-i would just junk it if not. The depot des ventes are all full or just want antiquities. Emmanus won't take it either because they said they are unfortunately booked up for the next month and a half with donation pick-ups already so by the time they come up with air, I'll have left the country. I just put it up on ebay as my last resort about a week ago. Thanks anyhow.

That's really odd that you've tried all those places and haven't had any success...Maybe your asking price is too high? I mean, why else would a depot vente not take it, unless it was in poor condition?
Other suggestions: put up ads in your local supermarket/boulangerie/etc, try to sell it on ebay to the highest bidder, and if all fails, donate it to Emmaus.
