Internet Access Francezone dégroupée

A ‘zone dégroupée’ (literally a de-grouped zone) is not under the monopoly of France Telecom. Any telecom can have access to the lines and sell services like telephone, ADSL…

To see a map of France with areas de-grouped listed see - http://adsl.free.fr/degroup/

Most cities in France are dégroupée including Paris, Lyon, and Marseille, to just name a few. Whereas the countryside except for areas around cities is not dégroupée, it unclear if many rural locations will every become dégroupée.
