In this Podcast Jeff Steiner talks with American Tony Paschall who lives in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. Tony is the founder of the Union of Overseas Voters.

To start Tony talks about where he lives in Paris and how long he has been there and what it's like to be an American in Paris. He then introduces the Union of Overseas Voters and what its objectives and goals are, some of the challenges overseas voters face and voting tips.

Then Tony discusses when and why he moved to Paris and how he made his move work. He then goes on to mention what has changed over the years. He then moves on to learning French and how long it took him to feel comfortable. Tony ends by giving some tourism tips, things he doesn't like about France, suggestions for those moving to France and cultural differences.
