In this Podcast Jeff Steiner talks with American Mike Beaudet who lives in Megeve in the Alps. Mike owns and operates a ski school - Ski Pros Megeve.
Where is Megeve and why he is there. He goes on the talk about his ski school and skiing in Megeve. Megeve is more than just a skiing village, there are 40 working farms with cows whose milk is for Reblochon cheese, used in a Tartiflette. What other ski areas are close to Megeve.
Mike goes on to talk about skiing the Vallée Blanche (White Valley) and what it's like setting up and running a business in France. He then talks about cooking and the secret of making a good fondue. He next talks about what he likes and doesn't like about living France.
