Jan & JeffFrench Butcher, Caillette & Airbnb in Paris

Jan talks about how her father-in-law makes Caillette (photos below), a traditional dish from Ardèche, Drôme, parts of the Vaucluse and Val departments of France.

Jeff talks about his father-in-law giving him walnuts (photo below) and suggesting that Jeff eat walnuts during winter. Jeff's father-in-law will also use walnuts to make walnut oil. Jeff eats walnuts is salad with endives. Jan suggests mixing blue cheese in the salad. Jan mentions that walnuts are specialty of Grenoble - Noix de Grenoble (AOC).
