Here is the French public school vacation calendar for the 2009/2010 public school year.

The 2009/2010 school year runs from September 1st to July 2nd.

French school holiday schedule (K - 12) for the 2009/2010 school year:

Holiday Zone A Zone B Zone C
Toussaint (All Saints Day) October 24th to November 5th October 24th to November 5th October 24th to November 5th
Noël (Christmas) December 19th to January 4th December 19th to January 4th December 19th to January 4th
Hiver (Winter) February 13th to March 1st February 6th to February 22nd February 20th to March 8th
Printemps (Easter) April 10th to April 26th April 3rd to April 19th April 17th to May 3rd
Été (Summer) July 2nd to September 2nd July 2nd to September 2nd July 2nd to September 2nd

French School Zones:

Zone A includes - Caen, Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble, Lyon, Montpellier, Nancy, Metz, Nantes, Rennes and Toulouse.

Zone B includes - Amiens, Aix en Provence, Marseille Besançon, Dijon, Lille, Limoges, Nice, Orléans, Tours, Poitiers, Reims, Rouen and Strasbourg.

Zone C includes - Bordeaux, Créteil, Paris and Versailles.
