French School Holidays2006-2007

Here is the French school vacation calendar for the 2006/2007 school year. Please note that this calendar follows the ‘general’ schedule and that some schools use the 4 day week and so have a slightly different program.

French school holiday schedule (K - 12) for the 2006/2007 school year:

Holiday Zone A Zone B Zone C
Toussaint (All Saints Day) October 25th to November 6th October 25th to November 6th October 25th to November 6th
Noël (Christmas) December 23rd to January 8th December 23rd to January 8th December 23rd to January 8th
Hiver (Winter) February 10th to February 26th February 24th to March 12th February 17th to March 5th
Printemps (Easter) March 31st to April 16th April 14th to May 2nd April 7th to April 23rd
Été (Summer) July 4th July 4th July 4th

French School Zones:

Zone A includes - Caen, Clermont-Ferrand, Grenoble, Lyon, Montpellier, Nancy, Metz, Nantes, Rennes and Toulouse.

Zone B includes - Amiens, Aix en Provence, Marseille Besançon, Dijon, Lille, Limoges, Nice, Orléans, Tours, Poitiers, Reims, Rouen and Strasbourg.

Zone C includes - Bordeaux, Créteil, Paris and Versailles.
