ParisJardin du Luxembourg (Luxembourg Gardens)

Along with being a public park, the Jardin du Luxembourg is home to the French Senate, located in the Palais de Luxembourg (Luxembourg Palace). The gardens make for a nice stroll anytime of year, photo here were taken in the fall. There are also an abundance of chairs you can set in. Most are sounding the pool in front of the Palais de Luxembourg. Another highlight is the Fontaine de Medicis, last photo below.
The Jardin du Luxembourg is on line B of the RER, stop Luxembourg (Sénat), plus lines 4 (stops Vavin or Saint-Sulpice) or 12 (stop Notre-Dame-des-Champs) of the Paris Metro.
